A different reality should be open to everyone who wants to step into it. We design, build, and test NeoSpherium so that it can be used with a keyboard, a screen reader, or whatever way of reading the web suits you.
Our standard
We hold NeoSpherium to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat that not as a certificate but as a baseline we keep returning to as NeoSpherium grows.
What that means in practice
- Every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text.
- Interactive controls carry accessible names and ARIA labels where they help.
- Text holds a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
- The whole site can be navigated and operated by keyboard alone, with visible focus.
- Status changes, such as items added to the bag, are announced to screen readers.
- Menus, accordions, and dialogs trap and restore focus correctly, and close on Escape.
Known limitations
Some areas of the site are still being brought fully to standard. Including a small number of pages built during preview, and third-party content we embed. We are working through them, and the list shrinks with each release.
