Extreme close-up of a graphite technical shell fabric folded into a low ridge, a bonded seam crossing it, water beading on the weave

The Making · NeoSpherium

Engineered on the inside.

Before NeoSpherium reads a brand's lookbook, it reads the spec sheet. The fibers, the membranes, the seams. This page is that reading, opened to you.

I · Fabric platforms

Cloth, treated as R&D.

Tittallon

Tittallon does not buy fabric from a catalogue. Its IND R&D bench develops named platforms. Each one an answer to a specific failure of ordinary cloth.

Macro of water droplets beading on a tightly woven slate-gray nylon ripstop
Water held at the surface of a woven polyamide shell.
Bonded, taped seams on a matte technical shell, sealed against weather
The three-layer shell, sealed
Cross-section macro of lofted synthetic micro-fiber insulation between technical fabric layers
Micro-fiber insulation, lofted between shell layers.
Recycled technical knit woven from reclaimed fibers
Recycled fiber: reclaimed, re-made
PHYLEX
Hardshell protection with a softshell hand. A breathable nonporous membrane, enhanced water repellency, four-way stretch, no rustle in the wearing.
LTR-PRO
The three-layer shell rebuilt: about half the weight, more durable, waterproof and breathable.
RECYCLED
Fiber recovered from plastic bottles. Near 80% less energy than virgin polyester production, and recyclable again.
PRO-STRETCH
The base- and mid-layer platform: high stretch with recovery, wicking, quick-dry, antibacterial.
THERMO-STRETCH
The technical fleece. Fully stretched and recovering, quick-drying, breathable, anti-pilling.
WARMFLEX
A tight knit with a brushed inner face: warmth that also stops wind at the surface.
POWERFILL
Micro-fiber insulation that keeps its warmth even wet. The loft is fixed in place, so it never migrates the way down does.
ULTRATHIN
Extreme lightness for pieces meant to be carried as easily as worn.
AIRLAYER
A five-layer air structure around a hollow interlayer. One and a half times lighter than regular fabric of the same thickness.
SILK COOL
A silk-smooth touch carrying quick-dry, UV-cut and antibacterial function in one cloth.

II · The ingredients

Yarns with names.

Fenggy

Fenggy's spec sheets read like a pantry of named ingredients. Branded fibers and engineered blends chosen for what they do to a silhouette over time.

Macro of a heat-pressed bonded seam curving across a smooth cream compression fabric
A pressed line where a seam used to be.
High-density sculpting warp knit
High-density sculpting knit
Four-way-stretch spandex-blend knit
Four-way stretch, with recovery
Silk-touch triacetate jersey
Silk-touch, cloud-feel
Nylon 66 + Lycra®
A yarn fifteen times more abrasion-resistant than conventional nylon, blended with stretch that recovers instead of relaxing.
creora® spandex
Stretch recovery with a smooth, non-reflective surface. Shape retention without shine.
PRUTAC® cloud-feel
A double-sided fabric engineered for softness that still holds structure.
Solotex® triacetate
A PET/TAC filament blend: softness, elasticity, and a controlled gloss in a single cloth.
Italian-spun yarns
Large-surface-area yarns that wick faster, dry quicker, and finish with a refined matte face.
Huntsman additives
Hydrophilicity engineered at the fiber, for moisture handling the wearer never notices.
High-density knitting
Superfine yarns knitted tight: a plush hand with a wrap firm enough to shape.

III · The techniques

How it is joined.

The Districts

A garment is decided at its joins. Across both Districts, the needle is increasingly the last resort. Heat, ultrasound, lasers and mapping do what stitching used to.

Macro of a precise grid of laser-cut ventilation perforations in slate nylon, backlit
Ventilation cut by light, sealed at the edge.
Macro of a dense compression fabric meeting a fine athletic mesh panel at a flatlock seam
Dense where the body needs hold, open where it needs breath.
Heat-pressed bonded panel join
Heat-pressed bonding
Ultrasonic-welded seam
Ultrasonic-welded seams
Heat-pressed construction
Molded, stitch-free seams that follow the body's curve. Stable lift with nothing to dig or chafe.
Ultrasonic welding
Garments joined without needle holes, finished with seam tape. Lighter, windproof, weatherproof, clean on both faces.
Laser cutting
Vents, edges and trims cut by light: precise patterns, sealed edges, function reinforced rather than added.
Overlap construction
Non-stitch joining for the lightest pieces. Less weight, better water resistance, no broken stitching to fail.
Bodymapping
Panels mapped to the body's heat and motion zones, so ventilation and support sit exactly where the body asks for them.
3D ergonomic tailoring
Curved seam lines and segmented stitching that shape the silhouette while preserving the full range of motion.
UV-cut yarn
Sun protection engineered into the fiber itself. UPF-rated, 40+ in current pieces, not a coating that washes out.
Antibacterial finishing
Far-infrared and fiber-level treatments that inhibit bacterial growth and hold off odor through repeated wear.
Weather, by the numbers
Stated ratings instead of adjectives. Water resistance at WP 5000 mm, breathability at MVP 5000, on the pieces that carry them.
Reflective heat-sealing
Visibility sealed into the surface for low light. Safety carried as a design line.

IV · The supply bench

The names inside the seams.

Behind the Districts stands an international bench of ingredient houses. The same suppliers trusted by the world's most serious outerwear. When NeoSpherium reads a brand, this is the page it reads first.
