How NeoSpherium Works
Welcome. If this is your first visit, here is how to find your way around. NeoSpherium is a different reality for fashion, based in Kuwait and delivering across the GCC. Instead of one house style, it brings several brands together in one place, each with its own identity. This short guide covers the Districts, sizing, delivery, returns, payment, and how to reach us.
What NeoSpherium is
NeoSpherium hosts more than one brand in a single, curated space. Each brand lives here as a District, with its own character and world, inside one shared design system. Right now, 2 Districts are open. We add more over time, each chosen for a clear point of view, never at random. You can move between them freely, the way you walk from one neighborhood to the next.
Meet the Districts
Tittallon: minimalist all-season performance outerwear. Its world moves between nature and the city, from mountain trail to street. Made for women, men, and unisex wear, with sizes to XXL.
Fenggy: luxury athleisure for the modern woman, where performance meets couture. Designed to move with you and to be seen. Womenswear, with sizes to XL.
Find your size
Start with the size guide on the product page, not the letter on the label. Our pieces follow Asian sizing, which runs about one step smaller than the EU or US size of the same letter. Each size guide lists the exact garment measurements in centimeters. Measure a piece you already own, compare the numbers, and choose from those. Fenggy runs to XL, Tittallon to XXL.
Delivery
Inside Kuwait, delivery is 1.000 KWD, and complimentary on orders of 60.000 KWD or more. Orders arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Across the rest of the GCC, orders arrive in 3 to 6 working days through several courier partners. All prices are in KWD. For orders outside Kuwait, any customs or local charges are set by the destination country and paid on delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Pieces should be unworn and in original condition, with tags attached. The full conditions are on the Shipping and Returns page. To begin, sign in to your account and open the order you want to return.
Payment
We accept KNET and card. You pay securely at checkout. There is no cash on delivery, and all prices are in KWD.
