Privacy policy
This page describes what personal information NeoSpherium collects, why we collect it, who else receives it, and what you can do about it. It covers neospherium.com and the casting and careers pages at casting.neospherium.com. It describes what happens today. If anything here is unclear, write to us through the Contact page.
1 · Who we are
This policy is issued by Neo Spherium Company for Commission Agent and Commission Traders, a one-person company registered in Kuwait, Commercial Registry No. 517076.
It operates NeoSpherium, which carries independent brands as Districts. Today those are TITTALLON and FENGGY.
NeoSpherium decides what is collected on this website and why.
How to reach us: the Contact page at neospherium.com/pages/contact, or the WhatsApp icon at the foot of every page. Kuwait City, Kuwait. Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT+3).
2 · Where we sell
We ship to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. We price and charge in Kuwaiti Dinar.
This page describes what we do. It does not tell you what any law requires of us.
3 · What we collect
When you visit. Your IP address, your browser and device, the pages you open, and where you came from. Section 5 covers this and the Cookie Policy lists every cookie by name.
When you order. Your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, what you bought and the amount. MyFatoorah takes the payment on its own page. Your card number never reaches this store, and we hold no card data at all: our order records carry no card brand, no first digits and no last four.
When you write to us. Through the Contact page: your email address, your message, and the topic you chose. Your name only if you give it, because that field is optional. On WhatsApp: your phone number and your messages.
When you use Ask Neo. The question, the answer and the time. No name, account or IP address is stored with it. Email addresses and phone numbers typed into a message are removed before anything is saved.
When you sign in. Shopify's customer accounts offer two ways in: a one-time code sent to your email address, or your Google account. There is no password. If you choose Google, Google tells us the email address and name held on that account.
When you subscribe. Your email address, and whether you opened what we sent and what you clicked in it.
When you apply to model or to work with us. Through the casting and careers pages: your name, your contact details, the answers you give on the form, and any photographs or files you attach. The form asks whether we may keep you on file, and your answer decides what happens next. Section 9 says what.
We do not buy personal information from data brokers.
4 · Why we use it
To take and deliver your order. To answer you. To handle returns. To keep accounting records. To see which pages are read. To consider you when you apply. And to send email to people who asked for it.
5 · Tracking on this website
The measurement tools load with the page, before the cookie banner appears and before you press anything. Google, Meta and Klaviyo each receive a record of that first page view.
The banner offers two buttons: Allow all, and Stop Google and Meta. The second one stops Google Analytics, the Merchant Center tag and Meta from the next page you open, and ends Shopify's own visit counting. It does not undo the page you are on, it does not stop Klaviyo, and it does not delete the Google, Meta or Klaviyo cookies already set.
Meta also receives the same events from Shopify's servers, not only from your browser: the pages and pieces you view, what you add to your bag, and whether you start or complete checkout. Stop Google and Meta stops those server events too, from the next page you open.
There is no control on this website that changes a stored cookie choice. Your browser's settings can block or delete the cookies at any time.
Our Cookie Policy names every cookie, says who sets it and how long it lasts. Read it with this page.
6 · Who receives your information
On every page
- Shopify, which runs the store and its checkout.
- Klaviyo, the system that sends our email. It loads on every page, sets an identifier, and looks up your country from your IP address.
- Google, through Google Analytics and through the tag that reports to Google Merchant Center, where our products are listed.
- Meta, through the Meta pixel in your browser, and through Meta's Conversions API, which Shopify calls from its own servers on our behalf.
- Pandectes, the cookie banner, which records the page view and stores your choice.
- Cloudinary, which serves many of our photographs, and Google Fonts, which serves our typefaces. Both receive your IP address and the page you are on.
- An exchange rate service at open.er-api.com, called by our own script so prices can be shown in currencies other than the Dinar. It receives your IP address.
When you order
- MyFatoorah takes the payment, on its own page.
- iCarry, the delivery platform we use, can read what a courier needs to reach you: your name, your delivery address, your phone number, your email address, the order reference and what is in the parcel. That is the field set held in the delivery record iCarry reads. Section 13 describes the one thing iCarry does without a person.
When you claim on a warranty
- More than thirty days after delivery, a warranty claim goes to the brand that made the piece, which is the District you bought from. It carries what the brand needs to judge the claim: what you bought, when, what is wrong with it, and a way to reach you. Nothing else about you goes to a District.
When you contact us
- Shopify carries the Contact form, because the form is part of the store.
- Microsoft hosts our company email, so the message then sits in a Microsoft mailbox.
- WhatsApp messages travel through Meta, which runs WhatsApp.
- Ask Neo sends your question to our own server, hosted by Vercel, and from there to Anthropic, which produces the answer.
When you apply to model or to work with us
- Vercel, which hosts the casting and careers pages and stores what you send.
We also give information to our advisers, or to an authority, where we are required to.
7 · Selling and sharing
We take no money for your personal information.
We do share what the Meta pixel collects with Meta, to measure how our posts and advertising perform. Once you give us your details at checkout or in your account, the events Shopify sends Meta from its servers also carry your email address, phone number, name and address in scrambled form, known as hashing, so Meta can match the visit to a Meta account. Meta receives those four only in scrambled form. It also receives your IP address, your browser type and Meta's own cookie identifier, which are not scrambled.
The pixel is registered on our store with "sale of data" among its declared purposes, and under some definitions, including California's, sharing of that kind counts as a sale.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, Meta does not load at all.
8 · Where it goes
Shopify, Google, Meta, Klaviyo, Cloudinary, Anthropic, Vercel and Microsoft all operate outside Kuwait, mostly in the United States.
Pandectes, which runs the cookie banner, is registered in Estonia. It states that it keeps only the last two parts of an IP address, not the whole one.
The exchange rate service is served through Cloudflare, and its operator states that personal information sits on servers in Ireland, South Africa and Germany.
MyFatoorah and iCarry operate in Kuwait.
Using this website sends your information to these companies.
9 · How long we keep it
Orders and invoices: five years. Our accounts require it.
Support mail: two years from the last message in the thread.
Marketing records: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep the fact that you unsubscribed, so that we do not email you again.
Ask Neo conversations: up to 30 days, then deleted. A day's conversations are never deleted before a short summary of what people asked has been written, and that summary names no one.
Casting and careers applications: we keep them until you ask us to remove them. We do not put a deletion date on an application and we do not erase it on a timer. If you want to come off the list, write to us and we will take you off.
Your account stays open until you ask us to close it.
10 · How we protect it
Traffic to and from this website is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or later. Your browser will show you that.
The information itself is stored by the companies named in section 6, under their own security arrangements. We do not run our own servers for customer data.
Only the owner, and people he gives access to, can sign in to the systems that hold your information.
No system is perfectly safe. If you think something is wrong with your account or your order, write to us.
11 · What you can do
Ask what we hold. Ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write through the Contact page. We answer as quickly as we can, and we may ask you to confirm who you are first.
Stop marketing email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the foot.
Cookies and tracking. There is no control on this website that changes a stored cookie choice. Your browser can block or delete the cookies. The Cookie Policy explains what each banner button does and does not do.
Close your account. Write to us through the Contact page.
12 · Children
NeoSpherium is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
13 · Automated decisions
Nothing on this store cancels, holds or tags an order by itself. Shopify scores every order for fraud risk. We read the score, and a person decides. Every order this store has ever canceled was canceled by a named person.
One thing does happen without a person. When an order is paid, the iCarry app marks it fulfilled and writes a tracking number, within seconds. No decision about you is made there. It starts the delivery.
Ask Neo answers are written by a model. It answers questions about pieces, sizes and delivery. It decides nothing about you or your order.
14 · Changes, and how to reach us
We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top says when it last changed.
Write to us through the Contact page. The WhatsApp icon at the foot of every page reaches the same team, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT+3).
