NeoSpherium ships across Kuwait and the GCC: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, via multiple couriers.

All prices are shown and charged in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

Delivery within Kuwait: 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery to other GCC countries: 3 to 6 working days.

Delivery times are estimates. They run from dispatch, not from when you place the order.

Delivery cost within Kuwait: a flat 1.000 KWD, whatever the size of your order. On orders of 60.000 KWD or more, delivery is complimentary.

Delivery cost to other GCC countries: 5.000 KWD for the first kilogram, then 1.250 KWD for each additional kilogram, by the weight of your parcel. The exact figure is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Customs duties & local taxes: Orders shipped outside Kuwait may be subject to customs duties or local taxes set by the destination country. These are determined by your local authorities and are payable by the recipient on delivery. They are not included in the prices shown or collected at checkout.
