Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of NeoSpherium. The website, the storefront, your account, and the curated commerce of the Districts within it. By visiting or ordering, you accept them.
1 · Who these Terms are between
These Terms are between you and Neo Spherium Company for Commission Agent and Commission Traders. A one-person company registered in Kuwait, Commercial Registry No. 517076, operating neospherium.com.

2 · What NeoSpherium is
NeoSpherium is a curated multi-brand fashion reality that hosts other brands as Districts. Currently TITTALLON and FENGGY. When you buy through neospherium.com, you are buying a product made by the District and sold through NeoSpherium. NeoSpherium handles fulfillment, customer service, and returns; the District retains its warranty obligations on manufacture.
3 · Accounts
You may create an account with your email address, which we sign you in with a one-time code, or with your Google account. Keep your details accurate and your email account secure, and tell us promptly of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to order. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, sanctions issues, or abuse.
4 · Orders, prices & payment
Your order is an offer. A contract forms when we send the order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example when an item is out of stock or a price was wrong. We also decline for fraud, sanctions, and shipping limits. If we decline, we refund you in full. Prices are shown and charged in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). The currency selector converts for display only. Kuwait levies no VAT, so no VAT is added. If your order ships outside Kuwait, the destination country may charge customs duties or local taxes, and you pay those on delivery. Payment is taken when the order is placed and an electronic invoice follows. We accept KNET, Visa and Mastercard, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. MyFatoorah processes the payment on its own page, which is where the wallet options appear, so your card number never reaches this store.
5 · Shipping
We currently ship via multiple couriers within Kuwait and the GCC. Delivery estimates run from dispatch. Full detail lives on the Shipping page.
6 · Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return a piece, and a further 14 days to send it back. We refund you in full, to the card or account you paid with. Inside Kuwait, we collect the item and you pay nothing. Elsewhere in the GCC, you pay the return shipping. If an item arrives faulty, tell us within 30 days. We refund you in full and we pay the return shipping. We do not offer exchanges or repairs. Items must be unworn, with tags. Full detail lives on the Shipping and Returns page. Nothing here removes the consumer rights the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
7 · Intellectual property
The site's content. Text, design, photography, the Realm Index Episodes, Blog articles, code, and the rest. Belongs to NeoSpherium or is licensed to it. TITTALLON and FENGGY are trademarks of their respective owners, used by NeoSpherium under license. Buying a District's product gives you the physical product, not its intellectual property. Content you submit (reviews, tagged posts) you license to us, non-exclusively, to use in operating NeoSpherium; you keep ownership.
8 · Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in ways that burden our systems, reverse-engineer it, impersonate us or others, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
9 · Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is", and within the limits the law allows we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability is limited to the price of the order giving rise to a claim, except where the law imposes higher minimums (death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
10 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Kuwait. We ask that you write to us through the Contact page first to resolve any dispute in good faith. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a complaint to the consumer-protection authority in your jurisdiction or exercising mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
11 · General & how to reach us
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. For any question, write through the Contact page; for partnerships, the Partnerships page.
